By accessing or using our website, booking a consultation, purchasing any product or service, or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Nature of Services – NOT Financial Advice:

We are not registered investment advisors, brokers, or dealers. All information, education, and consulting services provided are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing we say constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and for determining whether any investment or strategy is appropriate for you based on your personal objectives, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance.

3. Bitcoin & Cryptocurrency Risks:

You acknowledge that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are highly volatile, experimental assets with a risk of total loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We make no guarantees regarding the future value or performance of any digital asset.

4. Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You represent that you are not on any U.S. sanctions list (OFAC SDN, etc.) and are not located in a jurisdiction where our services would be illegal.

5. Payments & Refunds:

All fees are quoted and payable in U.S. dollars or Bitcoin (BTC) at the exchange rate at the time of invoice. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. No chargebacks are permitted after services are rendered or digital products delivered.

6. Scheduling & No-Shows:

Consultations must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited with no refund.

7. Intellectual Property:

All content, materials, ebooks, videos, and consultation recordings remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Recording of Sessions:

We may record consultations for quality and training purposes. You consent to recording when you join the call.

9. Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to use our services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any illegal purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bitcoin Consulter™ and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bitcoin Consulter™ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Redmond, Oregon under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms:

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
